Personal Training

Hands-on, personalised coaching in the gym with workouts built around you – including real-time guidance and accountability, from €363 for four weeks.


Online Coaching Service

Limited one-on-one online coaching with direct coach access via WhatsApp – personalised programming, bi-weekly group strategy sessions where we discuss progress and solve challenges together, and ongoing accountability. Selective intake only, from €199 per month.


Program Designed

Get a personalised training program designed specifically for you complete with exercise guides and progression, from €55 for five weeks.

+ What is the time commitment required?
A minimum commitment of 8 weeks is required to participate in DRP Coaching services. After the 8-week period, you may choose to continue or end your coaching services -- no problem.
+ What if I don't complete all my training sessions within the time period?
All services have an 8-week expiration period. If you are unable to complete all sessions within that time, please contact me directly and we can discuss possible options.
+ What is the payment schedule?
Payment is due according to the service term listed in your contract, and will be collected on the scheduled payment date stated in your agreement.
+ What is the cancellation policy?

All in-person session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount for that session.

Grace Period: You are allowed one (1) grace-period make-up session every 4-week cycle, as long as it is rescheduled within 7 days of the original session.

+ What is your refund policy?

Online coaching includes a 4-week money-back guarantee if the program does not suit you.

Personal training sessions are non-refundable. You are not entitled to refunds or credits for sessions you miss, and make-up sessions are not available for cancellations made without the required 24-hour notice.

+ What paperwork is required of me?
Before starting any training, you must review, acknowledge, and sign the DRP Coaching Service Agreement.
+ What can I expect during my session?

Each session typically includes:

  • A quick check-in and goal review
  • Dynamic warm-up and mobility work
  • Strength training and/or conditioning
  • Cool-down and stretching
  • Brief feedback and next steps
+ Who do you train?
Training is available for women, men, and teens who are ready to get started or want guidance and accountability in the gym.
+ Are there any age requirements?
Participants must be 18 years or older to train with me. Most of my clients are in the 30-65 age range.
