Strength Groups Session

Need a boost?

Group classes keep you motivated, supported, and ready to step outside your comfort zone. Each session focuses on building strength in a small group setting, with coaching discussions around your journey and working toward new PRs in the weeks ahead.

Training emphasises dynamic mobility warm-ups, powerbuilding, athletic bodyweight exercises, core training, and stretching. Expect fun, progress, and real results suitable for all fitness levels.

Disclaimer: This is an 8-week commitment strength-focused program designed to teach proper technique and build overall fitness. Participants have access to two group sessions per week. Sessions are non-refundable whether attended or not. All clients must hold an active membership at Caesar Fitness & Spa Resort.

Online Coaching & Programming

One-on-One Coaching

Limited one-on-one online coaching with direct coach access via WhatsApp – personalised programming, bi-weekly group strategy sessions where we discuss progress and solve challenges together, and ongoing accountability. Selective intake only,
